This programme is best suited for children aged 1 to 7 years old especially those in early development stages where building confidence and identity is most impactful.
Some parts are designed to be done with adult support especially the conversation starters and activities. Other parts (like the colouring book or affirmations) can be enjoyed independently depending on your child’s age.
Once you join, you’ll get an email containing digital access to all the materials including the 6 weekly sessions, tools, and bonus workbooks. You can download or print them out as needed.
